William C. Robichaud, Sr. - Founder, President and CEO
As founder, president and chief executive officer, Bill is charged with growing the company and establishing it as a premier provider of business and technology services for leading organizations in New England and beyond. In just thirteen years, he has seen the organization he founded grow from a single employee—himself—to a powerhouse with over 300 employees. Along the way, he has directed profitable expansion into strategic new markets. Bill has more than 20 years of information systems experience, including substantial consulting, recruiting, sales and management expertise. In 1984, Bill began his consulting career at Computer Assistance, which was later acquired by Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers). He ascended quickly, from Programmer/Analyst to Project Manager. Within eight years, he became a Branch Manager. In 1992, Bill joined Catalyst Consulting, where he eventually became Vice President of Sales. In 1996, Bill became Managing Partner of Business Technologies (now part of Exodus Communications); his responsibilities in that role included sales and staffing for the entire firm. In addition, Bill has contributed to and been featured in several business and industry publications, and authored a chapter of Inside the Minds: CEO Leadership Strategies, from Aspatore Books.

Christine Flot - Director of Finance
As Collaborative’s Director of Finance, Christine is focused on optimizing cash flow, streamlining financial processes, enhancing productivity, introducing process improvements, and implementing technology solutions. Prior to joining Collaborative, Christine was the Finance Director of ATC Associates, an environmental professional services firm with over 65 offices across the US. With over 25 years of progressive accounting experience in insurance, manufacturing, retail and professional services companies, Christine has attained a broad array of knowledge with developing accounting policies and procedures, implementing accounting system and financial and governmental audits.
John Greene - COO
John Greene is Collaborative’s Chief Operating Officer. He is a highly accomplished executive with experience in operations and implementation, financial management, product management, strategic positioning and planning, business process improvement and technology development and support. John has been a client of Collaborative, as well as a close friend of the firm for years, providing guidance and direction through much of Collaborative’s growth. Before John officially joined Collaborative in 2010, he held multiple roles at Fidelity over a 20 year span, including Fidelity Investment Institutional Services, Public Sector services, Tax exempt Services, Employer Services Company and Devonshire Investors – Global Solutions, Inc. His experience at Fidelity also includes over 10 years on senior management teams and includes over 8 years in consulting with Keane, Inc.

Cynthia Cunha - Director of Human Resources
Cindy has over 13 years of experience in the human resources field with a focus on benefits management, employee relations and payroll. She is currently responsible for overseeing the human resources function at Collaborative Consulting. Prior to Collaborative, she was a Benefits Specialist at Datex-Ohmeda and a Human Resources Representative at Team Enterprises. She has been PHR certified since 2007 and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, World at Work and the American Payroll Association.

Walter R. Kuketz - Senior Vice President and CTO
Walter is a pragmatic technologist and is committed to applying technology for business value and advantage. He is a co-founder and board member of Collaborative Consulting. He has defined Collaborative’s flagship performance engineering methodology and continues to work with the team to expand its capabilities and services. Walter has extensive experience in the design and execution of benchmarks for client/server and Web-based applications. Most recently, he has added Cloud based performance testing and monitoring, and has helped clients define their performance engineering organizations. A key service he provides to clients is establishing a Performance Engineering Center of Excellence. He has worked across many different industries; CPG, Financial Services, and Utilities, using performance engineering practices to help clients deliver an outstanding customer experience on websites. Walter assists with the evolution of the companies services by working with services leads, participates in the sales process, and continues to be part of the delivery team on a number of accounts. He is active in thought leaderships including creating whitepapers, presenting at conferences and participating and moderating on panels and in industry blogs. Walter is an active participant with industry groups, including the National Computer Measurement Group and the Greater Boston CMG. Before joining Collaborative, Walter was a partner in CSC’s technology services group, where he served as competency leader for the national performance engineering practice.

John Williams - Senior Vice President of Services
John leads Collaborative's Industry and Services Practice. He maintains a special focus on information management, an area in which he has over two decades of relevant experience. John has spent a large portion of his career helping high-profile companies rein in information and use it to create immediate, long-term business advantage. John has extensive systems development and integration experience, and is an expert in data management, data warehousing, database design and architecture. He has developed solutions for companies in many different industries including Financial Services, Life Sciences, Retail, Consumer Goods, High Tech, Utilities, and State Government. Prior to joining Collaborative, John was Director of Technology at NerveWire, and before that, a Partner with CSC Consulting, where he directed the development of the National Data Warehousing Practice. He is an engaging and highly sought-after speaker, and frequently publishes thought leadership materials, such as white papers and trade magazine articles.

Vic Stambaugh - Vice President of Life Sciences
Vic Stambaugh is Vice President of Collaborative Consulting's Life Sciences Practice. He is responsible for leading and overseeing Collaborative’s Information Management solutions and service offerings to the Pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on data integration, master data management, business intelligence, decision support, and data governance for commercial business operations. Vic is an executive with more than 20 years of experience in information management and technology consulting, specializing in enterprise information architecture, strategy and planning, and program management for life sciences companies. In addition to his current commercial operations focus, Vic has also led and supported numerous initiatives in clinical, safety, and regulatory areas.

David Gardner - Senior Vice President
David is responsible for business strategy and development for Collaborative’s Financial Services Practice, including Capital Markets and Wealth Management Services for both the Buy-Side and Sell-Side. David is a subject matter expert in Wealth Advisory platform services and has extensive experience and expertise in both industry-wide and firm specific initiatives that have included operational process and application design, business management and strategy consulting for the Wealth Services Industry. A former Divisional President for a National Broker-Dealer, he brings over 25 years of Industry operational and process experience. As co-founder of SMART Consulting Firm started in 2006, David led SMART Consulting in its innovative Industry leadership role of designing Industry-wide communications infrastructure and centralized processing that is revolutionizing the managed accounts industry for unified portfolio model management. David served as the founding chairman of the West Virginia Trust Fund and Chairman of the Investment Committee for the Trusts successor the West Virginia Investment Management Board where he led the process and methodology for diversifying the States $5 billion retirement funds into equities for the first time in the State’s history. He is a frequent national industry speaker and thought-leader contributor to the Industry’s press.

Brett Ginter - Senior Vice President
Brett leads Collaborative's Financial Services Practice, and is responsible for leading the solutions and services offerings to the financial services industry, including Capital Markets, Banks, Brokerages, Asset Managers, Institutional Managers, Mutual Funds, ETFs, Managed Accounts, Registered Investment Advisors, Private Banks, Trust Companies, and Hedge Funds. Brett has extensive experience with providing technology, operational, and management consulting to leading US financial services companies. Brett is an industry thought leader in the concepts of Straight Through Processing (STP), global asset management, custody & clearing, securities processing, and managed accounts. Brett's unique perspective spans both the Buy-Side and Sell-Side domains of financial services. Brett was the founder of SMART Consulting Firm, LLC, which was acquired by Collaborative in July 2012. Prior to SMART Consulting, he was a partner at Accenture, where his focus was the Capital Markets industry along with defining industry best practices for Straight Through Processing (STP). Brett is a member of the Custody and Fund Accounting Committee within NICSA (National Investment Company Services Association) and a member of the Money Management Institute (MMI) for the development of Managed Money Industry's standards. Brett is a frequent speaker at industry associations and contributes to industry articles in major publications.

Donald Cowles - Senior Vice President of Sales
As Collaborative’s Senior Vice President of Sales, Don leads the company’s sales and development team. Prior to joining Collaborative, Don was a Principal for the Philadelphia office of the North Highland Company, an international consulting firm with presence in seventeen countries. Before North Highland, Don was president and co-founder of Corbus, a compliance software and consulting firm, and led the firm for ten years. Don earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and is active with the Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce and the Pennsylvania Biotechnology Association. He is completing his second year as a Board Member of The Economy League, and is actively involved in a variety of volunteer outreach efforts in the Philadelphia community.
